No. All payments must be made before exiting. There is no option to pay later once you have left the site.
You’ll find us at The Mercury Mall, Mercury Gardens, Romford, RM1 3EE. We’re right in the heart of town, just a short walk from Romford Station, the shopping centre, and loads of cafés and restaurants.
Prices start from a low hourly rate, and you can stay all day for a fixed daily fee. For the latest rates, just check the signs on-site or get in touch with us.
We accept card payments only – there’s no cash option at our Pay Stations. If you’d rather not worry about tickets at all, you can sign up for Hozah® Autopay, which charges you automatically when you come and go. You can also make a quick online payment if that suits you better.

Pay Stations are clearly located throughout the car park, including on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each machine is signposted and easy to access when you’re ready to pay.
Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual permits through Hozah®.
To get a permit, you must create a free online account , permits cannot be bought at the Pay Stations.
No. Parking bays are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Permit holders can use any of the 400+ standard bays in the car park. While we can’t guarantee a space, the overall capacity makes it unlikely you won’t find one, even during peak hours.
Yes. The facility is covered by 24-hour CCTV surveillance and is regularly patrolled to ensure the safety of all customers and vehicles.
Yes. Designated disabled bays are available close to lifts and access points. If you require further support, our customer team is happy to assist during staffed hours.
Yes. We offer family-friendly parking bays, designed for parents with children under 12 or those using prams or child seats. These spaces are wider for easier loading and unloading.
No. This car park is for standard cars only. There are no dedicated bays for motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles.
Not at this time. EVs are welcome to park, but charging facilities are not currently available on site.
Yes, provided your vehicle does not exceed 2.05 metres in height, vans and minibuses are permitted to park.
No. There are no luggage or shopping trolleys available within the car park itself.
Yes. An on-site car wash is available within The Mercury Mall car park, offering interior and exterior cleaning services while you shop or dine nearby.
No. We do not offer locksmith services or vehicle access assistance. If this happens, please contact your breakdown service provider.
Please report it to our customer service team. Let us know the location of the machine and any error messages shown, we’ll aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you notice a vehicle using a reserved bay without proper signage or a badge, please let our support team know. We take misuse of these spaces seriously.
